The landscapes turn shades of russet, gold and deep green, the evenings draw in, and there's a familiar chill in the air. Across Scotland, forests and glens change colour, mist settles over the lochs and the first signs of the colder months begin to appear.
It's the season for wrapping up warm, heading out into the crisp air and coming home to something cosy. For warming flavours, candlelit evenings, autumn walks and all those little comforts that make this time of year one of our favourites.
And that's exactly what inspired our October Heartbox.
